Timeout

As kids, we hated being sent to "timeout." As adults, between work and family schedules, we ache for and take advantage of chances to take just a half an hour to focus on ourselves. With our "Timeout" session, you can have just that! Whether on your lunch break or in between children's sports practices we will focus on relaxing tension and reducing stress while still getting you out in time to continue with your busy schedule!

30 minutes / $45

In a huge crunch for time? Skip the extra time it takes for dressing and focus all your time on the massage instead by enjoying a 15 or 30 minute timeout in our massage chair!

// POSTNATAL MASSAGE

MELLOW MAMAS

Whether you’re expecting or recovering from delivery, Massage for the Mama’s can help. Having a baby can be a lot of stress-especially on your body. Not to mention, Moms need massage more than almost anyone. This postnatal focuses on specific areas that affect new Moms' the most: shoulders from breastfeeding and holding; low back from childbirth and nine months of laying sideline; and all those pesky pressure points that must be avoided during pregnancy. Take some time out of your busy (and even busier now!) schedule with this relaxing, re-balancing massage.

Must be cleared by the doctor to receive postnatal massage up to six weeks after delivery. This is imperative in the case of C-Sections or deliveries with complications. // Reflexology

Happy Feet

Known for being an ancient Chinese technique, reflexology has been a healing aid for thousands of years. The idea behind this modality is that certain pressure points in your feet or hands correspond with specific organs and systems of your body through energy paths or "meridians." By using specific techniques on the feet, we can manipulate the corresponding organs to promote healing. Great for a number of medical/health conditions or for overall relaxation and well-being.

Not recommended for expectant mothers unless requested to do on hands. In these situations, some techniques may be omitted for your safety and the safety of your fetus.
